Partner Manager

 (or Remote)

As Advertio’s Partner manager, you'll dedicate your time to regularly engaging our key partners and working with cross-functional teams to resolve their problems. Whether raising issues with our technical teams, providing partner insights, or liaising with Ops and Product to provide support, you will be helping to produce an exceptional customer experience for all Advertio partners.

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Role:

  • Conduct weekly calls with partners; 
  • Gather comprehensive partner requirements to share internally; 
  • Engage with new prospect clients and showcasing Advertio’s features;
  • Provide operational support for partners, through video call and email communication;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform;
  • Identify key metrics to evaluate partner performance quantitatively and qualitatively.

The Person:

  • ‍At least two years of experience in partner/account management* 
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken*
  • Empathic and relatable person, who is comfortable speaking with different people on a daily basis.  
  • Experience being proactive & making constructive suggestions
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and break down complicated topics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing time-sensitive projects to a conclusion within deadlines, with minimal guidance
